City of Collegedale Installs Flag Return Box for Retiring Used Flags

Flag Return

Jeremy Greenleaf, Assistant Code Enforcement Officer with the City of Collegedale shows librarians Kelly Hicks and Paul Wilson the flag return box located behind Collegedale Public Library. If you would like to dispose of a worn-out American flag for proper retirement, place it in the flag return box—a large black mailbox with US Flag Return sign.
