Award-winning author Robert Bailey

Award-winning author Robert Bailey will discuss his newest release, The Wrong Side, at the Collegedale Public Library beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17. Often described as “Alabama’s John Grisham,” he is the final guest in the library’s 2023 Emily McDonald Local Author Series.

For the past 20 years, Bailey has worked as a civil defense trial lawyer in his hometown of Huntsville, Ala., where he lives with his wife and three children. He received the Beverly Hills Book Award for Legal Thriller of the Year for his novels The Professor and Between Black and White, the latter of which was also a finalist for the Foreword INDIES Book of the Year.
